About this episode

His latest research examines whether the incentives built into campaigns and elections are pushing lawmakers away from governing and toward perpetual reelection mode. He joins me now for a discussion of his findings. See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
