About this episode
Notes – Episode #67: The evolving battlefield has challenged the manner in which we conduct sustainment operations; especially that last mile of logistics. Thus, to support the Transformation in Contact initiative, a new formation, a light support battalion (LSB) has been created to replace the brigade support battalion (BSB) concept. On this episode, CPT Garett Pyle meets with LTC Adam Di Giovanni to discuss how his unit transformed from a BSB to an LSB while providing some valuable lessons learned.
