'El Niño is really the driver,' for weather in North America and across the world says KMOX Meteorologist Dave Murray. He attributes the exceptionally warm temps in September and October to those warming oceans. He says it has hit its peak, but will take some time for those warm oceans will get cooler. 'El Niño will be done by summer, at the latest,' says Murray.
