About this episode
The morning after Brandon Swanson disappeared, a bloodhound pressed its nose to his abandoned car and set off across the Minnesota farmland. The trail wandered for miles, plunged into the rushing Yellow Medicine River, and then, picked back up on the other side before ending at a gravel road. Some investigators believed Brandon had drowned, but his parents' doubted the theory. Eighteen years of searches have brought cadaver dogs, a bone that wasn't his, and a drought that finally emptied the river itself. But none of it has brought Brandon home.If you’re new here, don’t forget to follow The Final Hours to never miss a case! To hear episodes ad-free and released early, subscribe to Crime…
