Ukraine’s drone strikes on Russian refineries have grown to such a scale, reach and effectiveness that they have crippled the world’s second-largest diesel exporter. The Ukrainians are regularly launching swarms of drones that number in the hundreds. They are also striking refineries much deeper in Russian territory.
