About this episode

For years, families trusted Robert Bush and Legacy Independent Funeral Directors with their loved ones. Then, in 2024, police entered the Hull premises and uncovered a horrifying reality. Bodies had been left for months, families had been given the wrong ashes, funeral plans had been misused and charity donations had been stolen. Bush eventually pleaded guilty to 67 offences and was sentenced to 20 years in prison, leaving hundreds of families questioning what had really happened to their loved ones.
