About this episode

In this special edition of Glass Half Full, Craig Melvin shares his previously recorded full TODAY interview with former Pittsburgh Steelers head coach and new NBC Sports analyst Mike Tomlin for a conversation about legacy, reinvention, and what it looks like to start over after 19 seasons of never losing. Tomlin opens up about why he spent two decades watching football on mute, how being the smallest kid on the field until 11th grade gave him the edge that defined his career, and why after all the wins he still can't answer the question of what he wants to be remembered for. Plus the Minecraft city he has been quietly building for 12 years.
