About this episode
On this special edition of Side Stories, Ed sits down with comedian Kurt Braunohler to hear the story of his nephew Nelson, who is currently being held in ICE detention. Florida Immigrant Coalition organizer Tomas Kennedy joins the conversation as they expose the rapid rise of these immigration prisons, the brutal conditions inside them, and the horrifying speed with which this type of inhumane treatment is becoming normalized across the country.
