About this episode

From her early years as a competitive figure skater to navigating Hollywood fame, actress Julie Benz (from “Angel” & “Dexter”) learned about resilience and learning to choose herself … often the hard way. In her conversation with Jennie, she opens up about the moments that shaped her path; including a career-changing injury, a difficult divorce and how she learned to take the “granny lane,” both on the road and in a slow-and-steady, grounded approach to life.
